Company Description

Kilnwood Vale CC is an amateur cricket club based between Horsham and Crawley and is a member of the Sussex Cricket League. Following back-to-back promotions in 2021 and 2022 the club is looking for growth both on and off the pitch.

Role Description

This is a volunteer role to join the existing Directors at Kilnwood Vale Cricket Club. As a Director you will be responsible for overseeing the club's operations, strategic planning, financial management, and member engagement. The directors meet once a quarter to review and assist the club committee, who run the day to day operations, to ensure the club's success and growth.

Qualifications

Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Financial Management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in team management and collaboration Knowledge of sports management and club operations Ability to work independently and remotely Passion for cricket and community engagement Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field is a bonus
