CTI is seeking to appoint a Director, responsible for overseeing data platforms for a scaling lending bank that focuses on facilitating access to various financial products.
Competencies:
Extensive background in leading and developing teams focused on data platforms. Comprehensive knowledge of essential Microsoft Data and Cloud technologies, including MSSQL, Azure Data Lake, Data Bricks, Data Factory, Event Hub, Synapse Analytics, Analysis Services, Cosmos DB, HDInsight, and MS DevOps. Profound understanding of Business Intelligence and Analytics tools, particularly Qlikview, PowerBI, and Cognos TM1. Practical experience with Master Data Management (MDM), Data Cataloguing, and Data Lineage tools. Proven ability to launch and sustain data products in production environments using various deployment methods, including APIs and model serialisation. Experience in the financial services sector or other regulated industries is highly advantageous. Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams to achieve data-driven objectives. In-depth familiarity with data governance and compliance standards relevant to data management. Ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets to inform strategic decision-making. Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in data platform technologies and practices.
