About Our Client A leading Canadian insurance provider specializing in property and casualty insurance, with over 500 employees. Job Description Oversee Cyber Security Program Partner Directly with CISO and ELT Manage and report on security operations through collaboration with the MSP provider. Establish risk tolerance levels and ensure the security program complies with regulatory guidelines. Recommend continuous improvements to enhance security resilience. Analyze budgetary constraints and investment needs to ensure proper execution of security initiatives. Develop and enforce IT policies to ensure organization-wide compliance. Plan and implement digital modernization and transformation initiatives. Develop and manage a framework to evaluate the maturity of the cybersecurity program. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, with a focus on security. 13+ years of leadership experience in a cybersecurity environment. CISSP Certification is required. Experience in Azure, M365 and AWS. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
