This position will be responsible for all consolidation, accounting, reporting and finance functions of Mapletree Group including overseas subsidiaries and funds managed by the Group. Timely preparation and reporting of the Group and Business Units’ (BU) result to the management including BUs’ KPI and analysis of the financial information for management to monitor performance and formulate business decisions. Work closely with the functional heads for financial management reporting and management reporting. Responsible for budget and forecast preparation, including long-term KPI profiling and formulation of BUs and Group’s KPIs. Responsible for Economic Value Added (EVA) computation for the Group, interpretation of EVA to help understand the value drivers and the linkage between operational performance and EVA which will enable management to make informed business decisions. Analyze financial/operating statistics, including forward-looking figures, to enable management to formulate strategic directions. Responsible for year-end audit including preparation of quarterly and year-end Board and Audit committee papers for financial statements, audit fees, and other ad hoc matters. Responsible for the accounting policies for the entire Group to ensure consistency among all the entities in the Group and compliance within the Group and Shareholder’s accounting guidelines. Anticipate, highlight, and manage the impact of changes in accounting rules and standards and ensure compliance. In-charge of the Board’s Delegation of Authority and Group Procurement Manual including Control Self-Assessment, compliance with DOA, procurement best practices, internal and system controls, and proper governance. Regular review of DOA and financial policies, SOP to ensure relevance and efficiency. Job Requirements

Possess a Degree in Accountancy or ACCA with CPA qualifications. Minimum of 15 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experience with at least 2 to 3 years in a similar position, managing a reasonably large team. Experienced in managing/handling a large group and complex consolidation. Highly computer literate and possess proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, SAP, FRS, Companies Act, and accounting/regulatory requirements. Strong analytical skills and a high level of integrity and initiative. Proven ability to operate under pressure, dynamic and resilient personality with the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with Real Estate and/or experience in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation Tool will have an added advantage.
