We’re seeking a talented Director Financial Planning to join our Financial Planning team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a Director Financial Planning to inherit an existing client book of circa 30 high-quality clients from senior practitioners. This will provide you a good foundation to grow the business through the delivery of excellent client service, resulting in client referrals and new business opportunities through the network of investment managers. You will have the opportunity to network internally with other senior planners and investment managers to share ideas in developing the business. As a firm, we have a focus on personal growth and development, which coupled with our clear Career Progression framework is designed to support you to excel as a financial planner. Key Responsibilities

Dynamically build and develop existing client relationships through effective ongoing service to help minimise attrition. Ensure client files are carefully maintained with client details regularly updated where needed. Plan, implement, and execute the annual Business Plan. Work in partnership with Investment Management (IM) to develop client relationships. Build new client relationships to add to the inherited client book. Structure and lead client meetings ensuring all information and advice is accurate. Minimum Requirements

Hold a relevant level 4 qualification or above (aspiring for Level 7) and maintain an up-to-date Statement of Professional Standing. Experience of developing existing business. Experience of relationship management with internal and external stakeholders. Real passion for providing a first-class service to clients. Benefits
