to lead and transform Operations Technology within Capital Markets Technology. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the bank's technology landscape and deliver impactful solutions. What You'll Do: Strategic Leadership:
Oversee the strategic direction, leadership, and oversight of the Global Operations Technology team. Operational Excellence:
Ensure the seamless operation of critical applications, including managing global overnight batches and supporting the GLOSS portfolio. Innovation and Transformation:
Drive the adoption of modern technologies and innovative practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk. Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to align technology solutions with strategic objectives. What You'll Bring: Strong technical background (engineering/development preferred) Capital markets experience (existing systems and new technologies) Stakeholder Management: Vendors, Business and Technology Experience implementing large-scale solutions Extensive IT and business/industry work experience Solid business acumen (vision, financials, processes, project planning) Strategic thinking and continuous improvement mindset
