Director, Global Process Owner - Talent Management , you will be responsible for transformative improvements in our talent management processes and systems. This will require you to understand current state, define a future-state vision, and build and lead a cross-functional team to deliver the change. The desired business outcomes include, e.g., improved candidate experiences, hiring success rates, onboarding effectiveness. Success will require close collaboration with partners across multiple Corporate Functions and Business Units, and the ability to influence change in a global organization. This role reports into the VP, Center for Process Excellence, with a dotted line to the SVP, Human Resources. Responsibilities

Establish and lead a cross-functional team with expertise in business process management / mining / automation / documentation, data science / engineering / visualization, and related IT systems (e.g., HCM). Collaborate closely with Executive Committee Sponsors, functional authorities, and other team members to prioritize the highest value improvement opportunities, and develop a vision and roadmap for execution. Lead the implementation of the improvements, guiding and challenging the team to achieve excellence, while supporting customers through the change. Enable changes with appropriate metrics, communication, training, and documentation to ensure impact is sustained. Provide transparency on progress and impact, and engage the executive team and stakeholders in problem solving. Develop and attract top talent, strengthen process excellence capabilities, and develop a continuous improvement demeanor. Qualifications

10+ years dynamic experience in HR, in roles focused on driving improvements in processes, systems, and analytics. Track record of successfully completing critical projects across people, process, data, and technology, in global organizations. Knowledge of business process modeling, process mining, and process automation required. Strong conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills. In-depth understanding of Lean concepts and tools. Strong influencing skills, proven track record to work across organizational boundaries motivating change and harmonization across a global organization. Collaborative, listens and assimilates various viewpoints to improve the solution. Agile and responsive, able to handle multiple priorities, act with urgency, and manage ambiguity. Results oriented mentality, operates with high sense of urgency. Proven track record of solving problems, breaking down barriers and delivering results ahead of schedule. Ability to think strategically while also being highly attentive to details. Strong written and verbal communication. Experience presenting at executive level. Tried project management skills, experience leading global projects. Experience leading cross-functional Agile / Scrum teams. Experience improving HCM and similar systems a plus. Experience specifically with SuccessFactors, ICIMS, Symbio, and Celonis a plus. BS Degree in an HR, Business, Engineering or Science. Master's Degree preferred. Company Description
