A master collaborator, the Director works hand-in-hand with HR Centers of Excellence (like Compensation, Recruiting, Training, and Organizational Development) and functional partners (such as Finance, IT, and Marketing) to deliver impactful solutions and change management plans that ensure sustainable business success. Additionally, the Director, HR serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR policies and processes, optimizing employee engagement and productivity. Responsibilities Champions HR Strategies: Develops and drives the implementation of cutting-edge HR strategies and initiatives that align with business priorities and goals. Plans and facilitates dynamic work sessions to craft these strategies, ensuring organizational focus and achievement of stellar business results. Performance Architect: Assists the leadership team in evaluating individual team member performance and provides insightful guidance for development. Ensures everyone has the right skills, tools, and talents to excel in their roles. Talent Maestro: Partners with client groups on all aspects of Talent Management, including forecasting, staffing, onboarding, development, performance management, career/succession planning (DSP), talent movement, and retention. Leverages workforce analytics and insights to make data-driven decisions. Trusted Advisor: Serves as a coach and consultant to business leaders and employees on key organizational and management issues, offering expert advice and solutions. Presentation Prodigy: Builds compelling presentations using workforce analytics and insights to focus leaders on relevant business issues and assess potential solutions. Organizational Strategist: Assesses organizational performance, identifies talent gaps, and proposes innovative solutions. Leads the implementation of ongoing talent, succession, and development plans to support business objectives. Policy Pioneer: Facilitates the consistent application, implementation, and improvement of HR policies, processes, and programs, ensuring they are effective and up-to-date. Change Catalyst: Plans and leads organization design and change management projects to streamline and implement new structures, roles, and processes that create speed and efficiency, supporting rapidly shifting business demands. Leadership Coach: Coaches business leaders on HR policies and processes, including talent planning, learning and development, and performance management, to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development. Engagement Enthusiast: Develops and drives people engagement strategies that foster an environment where all employees feel respected and valued. Team Developer: Develops, coaches, and drives the performance of their team/direct reports, ensuring they reach their full potential. Versatile Contributor: Takes on other exciting duties as assigned, always ready to tackle new challenges and opportunities. Work Experience Requirements Number of Overall Years Necessary: 15+ Minimum 5 years leading and developing people Education Requirements BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business or related field Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
