Remote Working, UK-Based Full time with international travel Do you have what it takes to scale a world-leading international centre for best practices in safety systems? We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive the transformation of the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) Safety Centre – currently with more than 100 members internationally, across 20 industry sectors that builds capability in systematic approaches to complex safety systems and shares best practices. The Centre is ready for its next phase of growth. Position

Build visibility as a world-leading organisation that leads best practice for systematic approaches to process safety in industry; Increase the reach of the IChemE Safety Centre across all global regions and industry sectors; Transform our service model and expand into new markets and emerging technology/industry sectors; Build strategic C-Suite level partnerships across global industries; Scale both revenue and impact significantly within the next 5 years; Lead and develop a high-performing international team. Requirements

Your Profile: Success in commercial growth and business development; Experience building both strategic partnerships and senior executive relationships; Background in sectors where systems and process safety matter; Ability to engage credibly with technical experts and specialists; Flexible working style, able to commit to and motivated by the demands that come with a senior and highly visible global role.
