As an Influencer practitioner, ultimately you will be accountable for ensuring work for clients is delivered to standard, being the point of escalation as required. You’ll take the lead on specific scaled initiatives that benefit the entire practice. Working closely with the Head of Practice, you’ll manage resource effectively and get involved in new business too. You’ll adopt technology to advance delivery and augment the practice capabilities through process optimisation.
In this role you will:
Use deep-practice knowledge to drive seamless, high-impact Influencer campaign delivery, ensuring strong client returns through tracking and optimization. Strategically shape and evolve the client roadmap, fostering long-term relationships, repeat business, and identifying upsell opportunities, including multi-brand expansion. Own senior client relationships, act as the key escalation point and provide regular client engagement while supporting ADs in client growth strategies.
Partner with Creative & Paid Social teams to maximise campaign performance and champion the Influencer product across business functions. Develop, implement, and refine guidelines, processes, and resource planning to ensure operational efficiency. Identify and resolve team challenges in collaboration with leadership.
Define accurate, profitable, and achievable SOWs while maintaining forecast accuracy and reducing volatility in revenue and costs. Inspire, mentor, and develop the team, managing direct reports, fostering high morale, and ensuring continuous learning. Ensure 95% timesheet completion weekly.
We’re looking for someone who:
Strong Influencer delivery knowledge and 6+ years of experience
Proven experience managing direct reports, coaching and guiding them to succeed
Demonstrable success in creating and delivering high performing influencer marketing campaigns and working through creativity, relationship building, processes and technology adoption/development.
Developing an understanding about how other BL channels work and how Influencer can collaborate with them.
A natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients.
A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.
Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you - Constantly looking at ways to develop your team, by identifying training needs and process improvements
Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Multi-disciplinary marketing experience (paid social, creative, PR)
