Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans for international expansion and special projects.
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and partnerships globally.
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of special projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure project alignment with company goals.
Build and maintain relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with international partners and suppliers.
Ensure all projects comply with local and international regulations and standards.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with international projects.
Lead and mentor a team of consulting engineers.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
MSc in lift engineering or equivalent experience.
Registered as a Chartered Engineer CEng or in process of application.
Extensive experience in design and project management within the lift industry.
Specific design experience of high rise VT systems in multi-use developments.
Proven track record of managing international projects and teams.
Understanding of RIBA Stages of work and VT related deliverables required at each stage.
Experience of working with premium architects and within multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Understanding of applicable standards and how these are applied internationally.
Proficiency in lift design software and tools, e.g., Elevate.
Ability to develop innovative analytical methods and techniques.
Knowledge of international business practices.
