Director, Marketing (Fixed Term Contract)

Intercontinental Exchange London, United Kingdom Job Purpose This is a Fixed Term Contract (12 to 14 months) role for a Director of Marketing within ICE's Fixed Income and Data Services (FIDS) business segment. The individual will be responsible for delivering and executing the marketing strategy of ICE's Fixed Income and Data Services business globally. The role requires an individual ready to develop a deep understanding of the market landscape around data, trading execution services, and the latest technologies impacting the segment and our customers. The core objective is to raise awareness of ICE as a provider of fixed income data and services, drive meaningful engagement with our customers, and promote the adoption and growth of our products and services. This includes developing and communicating a clear story of who we are and what we strive to deliver for our customers, as well as developing the content creation agenda to support that delivery, including driving account-based marketing initiatives. The candidate will be part of a small team of highly talented individuals responsible for delivering the marketing for the entire FIDS product and business line, including its bond pricing, analytics, indices, and ICE Bonds trading & execution businesses, as well as the marketing for its market data platform Connect. The successful candidate will work closely alongside a global team responsible for ICE's events, content creation, marketing automation, and digital execution. Strong, inspirational leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across FIDS in different regions is crucial, as well as the ability to multitask, deliver any task no matter how large or small, and handle many different priorities for different stakeholders. Responsibilities Drive campaigns currently in market and continue to feed them with the needed content to ensure their success. Identify and develop new campaign plans and deliver these. Demonstrate strong writing skills to create content for various marketing needs, including social posts, marketing emails, ad copy, slide decks, web content, and campaign plans. Maintain content plans to support all campaigns and feed account-based marketing tactics. Collaborate with global teams across FIDS. Define success metrics and oversee monitoring, tracking, reporting, and analysis of initiatives, adjusting tactics and approach as necessary. Communicate regularly with teams across FIDS to share activities, leverage and engage the sales team, and share results. Work closely with Sales and events teams to deliver successful events to support FIDS and its relationship with customers and prospects. Develop marketing processes to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI. Promote strong leadership. Continuously learn about the markets and clients FIDS serves, competitive landscapes, key influences on the business, and customer requirements, reflecting this in the marketing strategies and content we deliver. Knowledge and Experience 10+ years of experience in in-house corporate marketing with successful track records in B2B financial services marketing. Bachelor's degree. A strong understanding of the financial services markets, including knowledge of key client segments (banks, hedge funds, asset managers, etc.) and their decision-makers (traders, analysts, portfolio managers, etc.). Digital, content, and thought leadership experience. Track record of results, including establishing and executing on strategic objectives in a dynamic environment. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Management experience. Ability to manage budgets and to right-size initiatives based on requirements and constraints. Sound professional judgment and ability to prioritize work under pressure and to multitask competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset and an ability to adapt and learn. Schedule This role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.
