St Michael Abbey School is recruiting a Director of Marketing and Admissions. The successful candidate will bring their substantial experience to lead on the development and implementation of the School marketing, communications, and pupil recruitment strategies. They will develop and establish a Marketing and Admissions team, and direct and oversee an extensive programme of communications and events. The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have demonstrable and successful marketing experience. Be a strong leader who has a hands-on approach and be commercially astute. You will have vision, be able to think creatively and use your initiative. Experience in Admissions is desirable. The School:

St Michael Abbey has been a prestigious educational facility since it was purpose-built in 1854. First founded as a music school for boys, it later became a Spanish school and an important facility in an internationally recognised college group. Today, we are proud to begin a new chapter in the school’s history as an independent establishment, partnered with Sias Education Group. Today, we welcome students from all educational backgrounds at SMAS. The admissions process identifies appropriate learning pathways to meet and support individual requirements, helping all students achieve their potential. Candidates should be aware that this post does involve occasional weekend/evening working. Due to the nature of the role, a predominately physical presence on campus will be required; however, the working routine can be flexible and some remote working would certainly be possible.
