As a director, you will take on a number of responsibilities with the daily management of their office. You will manage resources, check the quality of work being produced by the team, and ensure projects are completed within deadlines. Furthermore, you will be responsible for generating new business for the office, as well as developing relationships with current clients. You will ensure that the office is performing to high standards and will be a focal point of growth within the region.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Associate or Director level Building Surveyor looking to be part of a company's growth, using your expertise to lead a growing and dynamic team. A full UK driver's license is required to visit sites and clients across the region.
