As a Director, you will take on several responsibilities, including the daily management of the office, managing resources, and ensuring the quality of work produced by the team. You will ensure projects are completed within deadlines and be responsible for generating new business and developing relationships with current clients. You will also ensure that the office performs to high standards and be a focal point of growth within the region.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Associate or Director level Building Surveyor eager to be part of a company's growth, using your expertise to lead a growing and dynamic team. A full UK driver's license is required to visit sites and clients across the region.
