Director (Building Surveying)
Location: Leeds, sites across Bradford, Hull, York, and Sheffield
Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Package
This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Director level Building Surveyor to join a growing consultancy where you will have the opportunity to put your stamp on a reputable business, working on a variety of great projects while being at the forefront of growth in the region.
As a Director, you will take on a number of responsibilities including: Building, managing, and leading a team of Building Surveyors. Using your expertise to continue the growth across the region. Working mainly within the Education sector. Managing resources and ensuring quality of work produced by the team. Ensuring projects are completed within deadlines. Generating new business and developing relationships with current clients.
The ideal candidate will be: An experienced Associate or Director level Building Surveyor. Possessing strong commercial acumen and leadership skills. Commutable distance to the office in Leeds. Holding a full UK driver's license to visit sites and clients.
