This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities, focused exclusively on delivering results within the public sector. Using SaaS-based ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions, the goal is to drive growth within the public sector by developing effective sales strategies, building relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in ERP and CRM sales. Key Responsibilities: Develop Sales Strategies:

Focus on driving growth within the public sector by creating tailored sales strategies for SaaS-based ERP and CRM solutions. Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for their digital transformation. Collaboration:

Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure the client’s requirements are met with the most relevant and effective solutions. New Business Opportunities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base through targeted prospecting and networking efforts. Revenue Targets:

Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets, maximizing all growth opportunities within the sector. Requirements: Experience:

Extensive experience in ERP and CRM sales within the public sector, with a strong understanding of government processes (central and local). Sales Achievement:

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating strong commercial acumen. Technology Understanding:

In-depth knowledge of ERP and CRM technologies, with the ability to translate these into valuable solutions for clients. Communication Skills:

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to influence decision-makers. Attitude:

Proactive, results-driven, and able to think critically to solve client challenges effectively.
