The ideal candidate will direct the business development activities of the organization and drive the reach of the business. You'll play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business. This individual will also be responsible for managing marketing and customer service activities. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain positive relationships with key decision makers. Create understanding for the client's business challenges and structure and use this insight to develop account plans. Contribute to the company's business development approach. Work to exceed revenue targets that align with the company's growth objectives. Requirements: 5+ years of sales and account management experience. Previous experience selling full service CRO services is required. Having an established network of decision-makers in the life-sciences industry. Experience selling to, presenting to, and building relationships with senior management and C-level stakeholders.
