Are you ready to transform how channel ecosystems operate in Europe and Asia? Our client is seeking a visionary Director of Channel Management to lead our strategy for partner ecosystems in these key regions. Reporting to the Senior Director International Growth, this role is designed for a global thinker with the right leadership skills and growth mindset to build deep relationships, navigate complex markets, and deliver results through leveraging the broad capabilities of our client's entity. This is a role for someone who can: Build a channel strategy that aligns with our client’s mission while owning the vision for regional growth by top grading existing partners and appointing new partners. Mobilize partners, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure operational excellence. Earn trust and respect by cultivating a high-performing ecosystem of partners across diverse cultural and business landscapes. Drive market-beating growth results through our client’s third party partner channel. Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement a comprehensive channel strategy for Europe and Asia, targeting market share growth through robust indirect sales models. Identify and capitalize on high-growth opportunities within regional markets while managing partner enablement and performance. Drive and deliver training programmes, both product and process. Drive continuous improvement at all times and develop the strongest partner line-up that can take advantage of the International market opportunities. Manage and grow a large existing portfolio of business in order to meet the financial objectives of the business. Strategic Partner Leadership: Build executive-level relationships with top-tier channel partners, ensuring alignment with our client’s goals. Be a trusted advisor to partners, solving challenges, co-developing opportunities, and creating a win-win ecosystem. Negotiate complex agreements that drive innovation and profitability for both our client and its partners. Market and Ecosystem Expansion: Leverage a deep understanding of market dynamics to tailor our client’s channel approach, ensuring competitive differentiation. Act as our client’s ambassador to partners, influencers, and decision-makers across Europe and Asia, driving thought leadership in the industry. Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to align channel initiatives with our client’s broader strategy. Provide clear, actionable feedback from the field to influence product development and go-to-market efforts. Conduct regular business reviews and mentor regional partner teams, driving motivation, accountability and innovation at every level. Reporting KPI’s to the International leadership team and LOB’s. What Success Looks Like: You’ve expanded our client’s reach and influence in Europe and Asia, generating measurable bookings and revenue growth. You are delivering accurate bookings forecasts to ensure predictable performance. Partner ecosystems are thriving, and our client is viewed as the go-to partner in mission-critical technology. The business is better aligned, thanks to your leadership in connecting regional insights to global objectives. Qualifications: Proven track record of leading successful channel strategies across Europe and Asia, delivering double-digit revenue growth. 10+ years of experience in channel/partner management, with strong experience in the technology, defense of high reliability sector. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex partnerships. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams toward common goals. A growth mindset is essential, together with the ability to work as part of an integrated project team at all times. Willingness to travel extensively (50% or more) across EMEA, Asia Pacific and South America. Why This Role Matters:
