The Opportunity… Reporting directly into our Chief Operating Officer, this newly created role will take responsibility for all aspects of our Client Delivery and Operational functions across Succession Wealth, giving you the opportunity to make a significant impact in driving excellent outcomes for our clients. Key focus areas will include: Having Leadership, Management & Accountability responsibilities for regional and centralised support functions. Championing Succession’s Vision & Values across Client delivery, Operations and the wider organisation. Operational management of the Client Delivery and Operations functions and continuous review and improvement of processes to ensure client needs and expectations are met. Line managing and motivating your team of Managers, identifying and addressing development needs and supporting their professional growth. Working in collaboration with key stakeholders and leaders across the business to ensure commercial objectives and set quality standards are met. You… To be successful in this role you will need to have experience and confidence in operating at senior management level and adept at using your strong leadership and influencing skills to drive a high-performance team culture. You will need to have a good understanding around the delivery and servicing aspects of Financial advice along with a proven background in successfully leading Client delivery/servicing teams. The essentials you will need… Substantial experience within the financial services industry, preferably including financial advisory. Experience of managing a national client servicing function. Experience of line managing, coaching and developing people managers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for knowledge sharing and a commitment to professional development. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
