We are seeking a Director of Commercial Development to lead our commercial strategy, ensuring sustainability and growth. Collaborating with the FMLM Board, committees, and CEO, you will design and implement a strategic plan that aligns with our vision, mission, and values, including Corporate Social Responsibility and commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion. Main Responsibilities
Identify business opportunities and cultivate relationships with clients and partners Negotiate contracts and oversee sales and marketing initiatives Manage FMLM's financial activities in this area Develop strategies to maximize revenue generation and market share Requirements
You will be responsible for leading market analysis, identifying emerging trends, and managing FMLM's financial activities in this area. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. What We Offer
