Commercial and Product Director

to join our dynamic team in our Ipswich Head Office. This pivotal leadership role is accountable for defining and driving commercial and product strategies that will shape the future of our cruise offerings. You will be instrumental in staying ahead of emerging trends and challenges, particularly those related to our itinerary products, ensuring that the company remains competitive, profitable, and customer-focused. Working closely with peers, you will define differentiated products for us to take to market, with a clear value for money proposition ensuring profitable growth. Responsibilities include: Strategic Leadership:

Define and execute commercial and product strategies that align with our company goals and market trends, driving growth and profitability. Product Development & Innovation:

Oversee the development and enhancement of the itinerary product portfolio, ensuring it meets customer demands and adapts to changing market conditions. Market Awareness:

Stay continually informed on emerging trends and future challenges in the cruise industry, particularly regarding itinerary offerings. Evaluate competitor strategies and market shifts to anticipate and act upon opportunities or risks. Stakeholder Management:

Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on strategic goals.
