A dynamic leadership role spearheading the client solutions efforts in North America. With a hands-on approach, directly engage in pre-sales activities, pilot project oversight, and high-level client interactions. The ideal candidate excels at both day-to-day execution and strategic team leadership. Key Responsibilities

Strategic leadership in customer engagement and project delivery across the customer journey whilst managing a high-performing team. Leading solution workshops, partnering with sales to align customer needs with capabilities, maximizing value. Oversee Pilot Program Management, proof-of-concept initiatives, and secure successful transition to contract signing. Work closely with the Implementation team to ensure seamless pilot-to-full-deployment transitions, providing technical and strategic guidance through to adoption. Foster strong customer relationships, building trust and collaboration, addressing challenges to ensure project success. Regular travel to customers, near 50%. Qualifications

Essential Experience

Proven track record in hands-on leadership roles, balancing execution with team management. Background in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or pilot project management in B2B SaaS. Experience in implementation and onboarding processes, managing pilot-to-deployment transitions. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships including leading workshops. Exceptional project management skills with a focus on measurable outcomes. Experience with energy, utilities, and/or construction clients. Data-driven approach, able to translate results into actionable insights and ROI projections. About Us
