We are seeking a dynamic Director of Digital Transformation and Strategic Planning to join our team. In this pivotal role, within a values-led organisation, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to harness the power of technology, business insight, and intelligence to drive continuous improvement and modernisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic business planning, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. Oversee strategic support services, including Business Insights, IT, and Procurement functions. Support the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Non-Executive Directors with robust service delivery plans. Create and implement a digital change agenda, identifying solutions for both conventional and complex business challenges. Foster a culture of learning and innovation through digital transformation, including artificial intelligence. Forge strong partnerships with public, private, voluntary, and community sector organisations. Promote collaborative ways of working with internal and external stakeholders. Provide clear leadership to direct and indirect reports. Develop short and long-term strategies to ensure positive outcomes for the organisation and its customers. About You The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in creating and implementing digital change agendas. Strong IT, business insights, procurement and strategic planning experience. Commercial and political acumen with effective influencing skills. Ability to build productive partnerships across various sectors. Strategic thinking and risk management skills.
