Realtime Recruitment is seeking a skilled Director of Engineering for a permanent position. This organisation has a fully flexible WFH policy and is accepting applicants from anywhere in ROI. Travel to the HQ will be as needed once a quarter.

Please note you must have full working rights for Ireland to be considered for this position. As Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the continued design, development, and implementation of our products, platform, and systems. You will be responsible for the overall technology strategy, focusing on customer satisfaction, driving growth, and managing a team of successful Software Engineers. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance to develop their skills and performance. Develop engineering strategies to ensure efficient and effective product development and delivery. Liaise with cross-functional teams (product and QA teams) to define engineering requirements and priorities. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in order to increase efficiency and quality. Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall business strategy. Engage with new and existing 3rd party providers for the development and delivery of the organisation's product and growth strategy. Requirements

Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring a team of developers. A background within the Gambling or Gaming industry is a must-have.
