Director of Engineering

to lead critical engineering efforts across state-of-the-art biopharmaceutical facilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment and want to make a real impact, this could be the role for you where you can progress through to Global VP Engineering. This Role Offers You: Leadership in a pioneering biotech company working on breakthrough cancer therapies with recent FDA approval! A collaborative, innovative environment with highly skilled professionals building out a brand new manufacturing facility in the US. Opportunity to move into Senior VP Global Engineering role. A flexible and inclusive workplace that values diversity and growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee GMP engineering operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency across state-of-the-art manufacturing sites. Manage engineering teams and contractors, focusing on recruitment, training, and performance. Lead maintenance and process engineering to resolve facility issues and ensure equipment is calibrated and operational. Collaborate with senior leadership on engineering strategy, budget planning, and project optimization. Serve as the key contact during regulatory audits and drive vendor management. What You'll Bring: Significant Engineering experience within a Commercial, GMP manufacturing life science organization. Academia, Military or Aviation early career experience is a plus (not essential). Maintenance & Reliability engineering experience. BSc / BEng in Engineering or similar or equivalent training.
