About the role: We have an opportunity to recruit a high-quality English specialist graduate to the role of Director of English, with opportunities to teach English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 – 5. The successful candidate will have: a proven track record of securing the best student outcomes for all; successful English teaching experience across all key stages; middle leadership experience within a successful English department; high aspirations for their professional development with their sights on becoming a Vice Principal or a Principal.
