This is an amazing opportunity to join Academy Transformation Trust at an exciting time in its evolution as a Trust. The Director of Estates role will play a crucial role in re-shaping a key operational directorate. The post holder will have extensive experience of estates management with a strong strategic mind yet having a keen eye for detail. The Director of Estates will help the Trust to strengthen its processes, policies and procedures and move service delivery to the cutting edge in the multi academy trust sector. Resilience, tenacity and empathy will be key characteristics of the post holder who will play an important part in improving the learning environments for over 13,000 learners as well as what will be close to 2,000 staff from April 2025.
