Key Responsibilities

As Finance Director, you will: Collaborate with the CEO and COO to shape and execute the company’s strategic vision. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to inform decision-making at the highest levels. Drive operational efficiency through rigorous financial management, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimisation. Oversee global financial operations, ensuring compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance profitability and organisational resilience. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. About You

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic acumen and operational expertise, coupled with exceptional leadership skills. You will have: Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a senior financial leadership role within a global organisation. Professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and a strong academic background in finance or a related discipline. Demonstrated success in partnering with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives. Expertise in financial management, reporting, and analysis, with a track record of delivering measurable results. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What We Offer
