However, we don’t take our success for granted and are constantly challenging ourselves to do better. As we look ahead with our 2030 plans, our vision remains the same - placing people at the heart of everything we do. In these times of uncertainty and change, our plans empower us to adapt and evolve while staying true to our long-term vision - meeting the ever-growing demand for our expertise and compassion. Our I CARE values – Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence guide everything we do, and we’d expect that you’d embrace and live up to them. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and commercially astute financial leader to guide our finance, digital, technology, data, and resource teams. Your collaborative approach and strategic insight will make a meaningful and measurable impact on the overall leadership and success of the Hospice. About You An experienced senior financial leader, with a proven track record to motivate, inspire and build empowered teams. A commercially astute and entrepreneurial mindset, with excellent judgement and interpersonal skills to both challenge and review ideas with solutions and innovation to achieve our goals. Experience of producing high-quality reporting and analysis in support of Board-level strategy and decision-making. An understanding and experience of shaping and influencing teams towards a continuous improvement practice and culture. Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team.
