The Role As the Global Financial Controller, you will: Act as a strategic partner to the CFO, providing boardroom-level input to financial decision-making. Lead efforts to transform and streamline financial operations, including the resolution of legacy challenges and implementation of robust systems. Manage a multi-country finance team, ensuring efficient reporting, budgeting, and compliance processes across the organisation. Play a key role in delivering financial stability and preparing the organisation for future growth and a potential strategic event in 2027. Candidate Profile We are looking for an accomplished finance professional with: Proven experience in financial transformation and system implementation. Gravitas and strong leadership skills, with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels. Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a very challenging and fast-paced environment. Demonstrable experience of navigating complex financial challenges in a global organisation. SAP or similar system implementation experience highly desirable. Experience of working and managing teams internationally is required. Experience in private equity-backed environments or carve-out situations is advantageous but not essential.
