Director of Fundraising

to lead and grow the charity’s fundraising efforts, driving income generation across multiple streams to meet an ambitious income target of £3.2 million for 2025. If you are a proven fundraiser who brings a strong track record of success in diversifying income streams and securing significant partnerships, this could be the perfect role for you. With an established network of contacts and a talent for opening doors to high-net-worth individuals, corporate partners, and other key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in securing transformative funding opportunities. London (with flexible/hybrid working options) Salary:

£80,000 per annum plus benefits Contract:

Full time, permanent Minimum Requirements: You will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful fundraising strategies, with demonstrable experience in driving significant income growth. Expertise in managing diverse income streams, including corporate partnerships, individual giving, and legacy fundraising, with clear and immediate evidence of success in these areas. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence. Strategic thinker with the ability to align fundraising efforts with organisational goals.
