Industry engagement is at the core of EFI Group’s mission, and we’re looking for a dynamic leader to drive new and existing partnerships across fashion, retail, beauty, and beyond. In this senior role, you’ll be responsible for building and leveraging high-impact relationships to generate revenue through apprenticeships, workforce development, sponsorships, and more. You’ll lead a team to deliver key KPIs, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen existing industry connections. If you’re a strategic communicator with a strong network and the ability to engage at the C-suite level, we’d love to hear from you! About you Qualifications:
Educated to degree level in a relevant subject. Experience:
Extensive senior management experience, preferably within the fashion/retail sector, with proven leadership in account management, business expansion, and achieving KPIs. Expertise:
Strong understanding of the fashion, retail, and beauty industries, including job roles and industry trends. Passion: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships and foster collaborative, cross-departmental relationships.
