Position Summary:

The Director of Institutional Research & Analytics will lead the Office of Institutional Research & Analytics (OIRA), providing institutional data analysis and reporting to support Harvard's leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct the development and execution of strategic analytics projects.

Manage the Institutional Research and Strategic Analytics teams.

Work with stakeholders on research, survey, and analytics consulting projects.

Oversee the reporting function of OIRA.

Lead discovery and scoping efforts on new analytics consulting projects.

Collaborate with the Associate Provost on accreditation coordination.

Promote data literacy and community building across the University.

Basic Qualifications:

Master's degree or equivalent.

8+ years of experience in data analytics and/or institutional research leadership.

Additional Qualifications:

Strong understanding of data management and communication strategies.

Experience managing consulting projects.

Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations.

Proven ability to communicate complex findings effectively.

Additional Information:

This position has a 3-month orientation and review period. Harvard University does not provide visa sponsorship.
