This role will suit someone ambitious who wants to take the next step and have the chance to own a stake in a medium-sized, highly profitable business. The company has experienced a growth of 17%+ in the last 12 months and has a strong culture of friendliness and collaboration. Salary/package:
Likely to be £85,000 - £95,000 + 30% on top; future equity potential makes this opportunity highly attractive. Are you seeking a Director of Manufacturing role and are Midlands-based? You will need experience in mechanical precision component manufacturing (any regulated industry is fine – aerospace, automotive, rail, oil & gas, nuclear, etc.). Director of Manufacturing Candidate Profile: Ambitious, wanting to transition from an employee to a business owner with an equity stake. Experience in mechanical precision component manufacturing (any regulated industry is fine). Could be a Manufacturing Manager or Operations Manager looking to advance their career. Alternatively, could be a more experienced Production Director, Manufacturing Director, Operations Director, or Plant Manager. Data-driven and proficient with IT; the executive team values efficiency and accuracy through IT systems. Collaborative leader who engages well with the team and has a coaching style.
