for their local operation. The business offers a unique recruitment service which provides technical talent to partner businesses all over the world. With a team of high-performing individuals and a range of top clients, the organisation is in the favourable position of appointing a new Director of Operations to oversee the day to day running of the business and drive commercial opportunity. Role Responsibilities

The role of

Director of Operations

is a senior role within the business and responsible for all key business tasks. You will: Lead tasks in terms of compliance, office management, and process development. Enable best practice throughout the team and ensure that all team members are kept abreast of up-to-date legislation. Ensure SLAs are upheld and provide commercial reports regarding service levels. Have a strategic role and assist with business planning. Candidate Profile

The right person for this role will come with senior experience, gained within a manpower/recruitment/people-focused environment. You will: Have demonstrable financial administration skills. Be competent in interpreting financial reports. Ideally, the successful candidate will come with recruitment agency experience; however, this is not essential if transferable experience is evident. Compensation

The package for this role contains an attractive salary of
