Key Requirements
Role : Lead production facility near Southampton UK
Scope : Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the activities of the operations functions of the site. Responsible for the performance of all department functions – safety, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, continuous improvement, and manufacturing plant engineering.
Manufacturing : Experience with highly engineered products and systems in a high-mix / low-volume cellular environment
PE-backed : Has worked with a sponsor, or sponsor-like entity, in the past a plus
Location : Work based in Southampton UK, or must relocate
