We are currently looking for a
Director of Operations
for our
National Utility Division
to join our team, this successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Operations, with 10 years in Construction Industry, and have knowledge of Utility work and Drilled Shaft.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering
OSHA 30
Position requires long hours, weekend work, and able to travel (>50%)
Strong communication, organizational skills, and people skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Safety oriented
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Provide leadership, direction, coaching and mentoring of Project Management Team
Coordinate and implement construction schedules
In-depth tracking and knowledge of all jobs
Manage financial control and accountability
Work along with Estimating Department
Oversee field manpower
Control labor, equipment, material, and services
Work with safety leadership and field personnel to ensure CJ Drilling’s safety program is followed on each project
