An ERA Consultant is a client-facing leader who gets trained to combine industry expertise with core consulting skills, such as problem solving, analytics, and the ability to interface with multiple personality types. As an ERA Consultant, you will be helping businesses reduce overhead expenses alongside industry specialists. You will become an expert in identifying, presenting, and delivering cost reduction projects. You will leverage your career experience and expertise to support your clients with cost reduction initiatives. Not only is ERA’s value proposition “additional cash through savings” very attractive for any type of client, it is also delivered through a clever contingency-based model. The client only pays for the cost savings solution if ERA can show actual additional cash flow. The additional cash flow is then split between the client and the ERA Consultant – a highly attractive business approach for client and consultant! Responsibilities of the ERA Consultant:

Follow a proven system to identify and deliver cost reduction projects Collaborate with Cost Category Specialists to ensure successful completion of projects Use provided analysis to draw conclusions and develop pertinent and insightful recommendations Prospect for clients following ERA specific programs and systems Build long-term client relationships Apply networking skills taught by ERA Corporate Manage clients throughout the whole cost reduction process Work as an independent Consultant within the given structures and processes Access a variety of internal programs to successfully manage your pipeline independently What you'll bring with You:

Minimum 10 years of professional experience Background in Sales, Consulting, Business Development, Finance, Analytics or similar Comfortable talking and supporting senior-level executives Problem-solving skills Good communication and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial spirit Interest in cost reduction Analytical mind Independent work style, ability to manage your own time Great team player You will need to be prepared to make an initial investment as this is a business opportunity.
