Co Director of People Coombe Academy Trust Part-Time: 21.6 hours per week, over Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, term time plus 3 additional weeks working in school holidays Permanent Flexible options available for the right candidate. We are seeking to appoint a Co Director of People to jointly lead the Trust in all aspects of our People resource. The post comes at an exciting time and provides an opportunity for the right candidate to work as part of a team that will lead in innovative and collaborative ways. This sits at the heart of our vision for our people; enabling staff to flourish in their work, creating an environment which enables our students and children to flourish and achieve, preparing them for a ‘World of Opportunity’. The successful candidate will work alongside the Chief Operating Officer, an additional Co Director of People, and as part of our Executive Director team. Flexible working is therefore key to the recruitment process. We are keen to hear from potential candidates with a strong background in Employee Relations who are also interested in developing our People Strategy.
