Director of People

to join our dynamic central support team at Advance Learning Partnership (ALP). As a credible leader with a proven track record in driving transformation programmes and delivering impactful people strategies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Trust’s people strategy, driving initiatives that enhance staff recruitment, retention, wellbeing and performance. This position is key in creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with ALP’s values and strategic priorities.

As Director of People, you will play an integral part in the Trust Senior Leadership Team, working closely with school leaders and the Executive Team to design and implement innovative HR policies and practices. Your strategic vision will support ALP’s broader mission to provide high-quality education and create lasting impact within the communities we serve. By leading key areas such as workforce planning, employee relations, organisational development and talent management, you will ensure that our workforce are empowered and equipped to deliver their best for pupils across the Trust.
