Director of Policy & Insight

NICVA is looking for a talented and experienced leader to fill the role of Director of Policy & Insight. This senior leadership position plays a vital role in shaping public policy, leading research initiatives, and strengthening the voice of the voluntary and community sector in Northern Ireland. As part of the Senior Management Team, you will lead a diverse team, deliver high-impact policy analysis, and collaborate with key stakeholders, including government bodies, the media, and NICVA strategic partners. About the role Status of post: Full-time (35 hours per week). Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer Salary: NICVA Grade N, points 44-46; £52,572 - £54,705 Location: NICVA offices, 61 Duncairn Gardens, Belfast, BT15 2GB, with working from home options. The Director of Policy & Insight is a key member of NICVA's Senior Management Team (SMT), working alongside the Director of Corporate Services and the Director of Sector Support.
