This is a unique opportunity to influence millions of users and play a key role in the development of an innovative mobile payment product. Our client is on a mission to simplify financial transactions and enhance digital connectivity through cutting-edge payment solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Product Management with extensive experience in customer-facing mobile app payments. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, overseeing development, and ensuring the successful execution of a next-generation digital payments platform. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial technology, digital wallets, or similar payment solutions, with a track record of leading high-impact initiatives in dynamic environments. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities Define and implement a long-term strategy for a digital payments product, aligning with overall business objectives.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics teams to develop intuitive and efficient payment features.

Develop and execute growth initiatives aimed at expanding the user base and increasing transaction volume.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends and translate insights into actionable product improvements.

Establish key performance metrics to track success, optimize performance, and enhance user satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards in partnership with legal and risk teams.

Partner with senior stakeholders to influence company-wide strategic decisions.

Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering innovation and career development.

Key Qualifications 7+ years of experience in a senior product management role within the payments, fintech, and mobile app sector.

Deep understanding of digital transaction workflows, payment processing, and security best practices.

Proven success in managing product lifecycles from concept to launch and continuous improvement.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional collaboration.

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and drive performance.

Familiarity with mobile-first product development and a user-centric design approach.

Experience launching and scaling products in global markets.
