As the Director of Public Health, you will lead the improvement of health and wellbeing for residents, reducing inequalities and protecting local communities from health hazards.
About your role as a Director of Public Health Management of the Public Health budget and grant funding, utilising resources imaginatively Management of the Public Health team including Consultants Influence change and enable a culture of continuous improvement Partnership working with other Strategic Directors of Public Health in neighbouring Boroughs
About you as a Director of Public Health Relevant experience within a similar position Relevant Public Health qualification or registration such as UKPHR Ability to balance strategic leadership and operational management Experience of leading organisation change and transformation
