Director of Quality Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a full-time Director of Quality to work at a local College in Hull, starting ASAP and lasting until at least Easter 2025, with the potential to become a permanent role in the future. Working hours will be between 8:30 and 4:30, and this non-teaching role comes with a salary range of £51,761 - £58,870 per year. This role is imperative to the college, holding a vital position in maintaining and enhancing the highest standards of teaching, learning, and assessment. The main responsibilities will include providing coaching and support to staff members to improve their practice and offering guidance for their professional development. You will oversee a small team of quality managers and provide effective coaching and feedback to them. You will build, develop, and organise CPD programmes, and be responsible for their delivery. All audit data and inspection reports will be your responsibility to oversee. You will utilize reports supplied by MIS to analyze attendance, retention, and teaching, learning, and assessment. Located within Hull, this school is easily accessible from most areas of Hull by car. There is a large onsite car park for staff that is free to use, with ample spaces available. This school has a fantastic reputation in the local area. For this role, being qualified to degree level is essential, as is having a PGCE or a Certificate in Education.
