As a community-based association in the north of Glasgow, Maryhill Housing operates in one of the most diverse and vibrant communities in Scotland, providing over 3100 homes and delivering a factoring service to over 700 owner occupiers. This is an exciting time to join us; with a new Chief Executive, the development of our new Corporate Plan for 2025 to 2030, and a number of key vacancies across our staff team. Following the previous post holder’s promotion to Chief Executive in September, we are now looking to fill this key Director level post. As a member of the Executive Management Team, you will work collaboratively with the Board, Chief Executive, Director of Operations, and other colleagues on all matters of corporate strategy. You will provide strategic direction and leadership to the Financial, IT, Factoring, and Procurement services, driving forward service improvements through innovation, partnership working, and empowering colleagues to make a positive difference for our customers and communities.
