Director of Sales
with business acumen to join this fantastic team! As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for the sales effort of the Hotel in line with overall financial business mix objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve financial targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality sector. Strong knowledge of MICE, Delphi, and Opera Cloud. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
