Director of Transformation
will lead the clinical transformation team to support delivery of Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust's transformation programme. The postholder will work with senior colleagues to develop a clear strategic approach, narrative and communications for the overarching transformation agenda. They will work with members of the Executive Team, contributing to the development of the Trust Corporate Strategy and Clinical Strategy, whilst driving the Trust's stakeholder engagement strategy and plans for the transformation programme, developing and maintaining effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Applicants must have experience of healthcare leadership and relevant skills and experience of transformation/strategy/implementation at a senior level and evidence commitment to service performance and improvement through intensive and trusted collaboration with clinicians and clinical teams. This role will be based at County Hall, Norwich with travel to Trust sites across Norfolk and Suffolk when required. Main duties of the job
The postholder is a senior member of the Clinical Transformation Directorate, responsible for providing expert input and facilitation in terms of service development, redesign, transformation and programme delivery for prioritised initiatives. The postholder will have responsibility for high priority development programmes within the Trust, many of which in partnership with other organisations, thereby enabling the modernisation of services. The postholder will play a key role, working with clinical and service leads and other members of the senior management team, in identifying opportunities for service development and design, developing a programme approach to implementation of improvement and transformation and ensuring that benefits realised can be clearly articulated and evidenced. The postholder will play a key role with others in the team including the Chief Transformation Officer and Clinical Director of Transformation in shaping the methodology and approach to service development and transformation and ensuring effective working and delivery of those direct reports managed. The postholder will work in partnership with staff at all levels of the organisation and within both the Norfolk and Waveney and Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Systems. About us

Masters degree (or equivalent) in relevant discipline or Demonstrable equivalent experience and expertise at senior management level within a health or social care setting. Evidence of continued professional development Programme or Project Management Qualification Experience
