Broadacres is a thriving housing association rooted in the stunning landscapes of North Yorkshire, and we are searching for two dynamic Directors to help drive forward the next phase of our journey. With two national parks, a picturesque coastline, and bustling market towns, North Yorkshire is as challenging as it is beautiful. For over 30 years, Broadacres has tackled the unique housing needs of this region, creating over 6,800 affordable homes while leading the way in decarbonisation, energy efficiency, and sustainable living. This is a pivotal time for us. Our ambitious five-year development programme aims to deliver 1,000 new homes, while our innovative approaches to finance and sustainability ensure we’re not just meeting challenges but transforming them into opportunities. The Opportunities Director of Development and Investment:

Lead an innovative and ambitious development programme and forge influential partnerships and relationships on regional and national stages to shape the rural housing agenda in North Yorkshire and beyond. Work with our Director of Customer Experience to lead on our net zero journey ensuring all our homes are energy efficient for our customers. Director of Resources:

Drive the financial strategy, lead on treasury matters, provide business intelligence and embed finance within the Group. Inspire teams with a collaborative, forward-thinking approach and champion our vision of creating homes that are truly affordable to live in.
