The Role

Do you thrive in a dynamic environment, managing assets and delivering innovative development strategies? We are seeking a Director or Associate Director to lead and grow 3rd Party Asset Management mandates within the public sector, driving excellence across asset management and development on retail / shopping centre instructions.

About the Role

As the Director/Associate Director of Public/Private Partnerships, you will:

Lead with Impact:

Take overall responsibility as client lead for third-party asset and development management mandates. Deliver Strategic Excellence:

Formulate and execute asset strategies, identify repurposing initiatives, and write annual business plans with financial modelling. Maximise Value:

Manage leasing, capital expenditure, and oversee third-party property and financial management. Drive New Business:

Use your expertise and network to source opportunities and lead formal public procurement processes. Inspire Change:

Support health-based development interventions and represent the organization externally as the head of public/private partnerships. Develop Talent:

Provide line management for two asset managers, fostering growth and innovation within your team.

What We’re Looking For

Professional Expertise:

MRICS-qualified with solid experience in UK retail asset management, regeneration, and development management. Public Sector Experience:

Proven track record in formal public sector procurement and client management. Strong Network:

Established connections with solicitors, leasing agents, property managers, and other key advisors. Financial Acumen:

Skilled in financial modelling and business plan writing. Exceptional Communication:

Strong written skills to create clear and compelling recommendations and strategies.
